Hunzinger Table - Candle Stand
Here is another one of those tripod candle stands that is frequently listed as being a Hunzinger. This person claims that it is in Harwood's Hunzinger book. If any Hunzinger fans out there would let me know, I would be most appreciative. (I can't quite bring myself to spring $200 to buy the text as of yet.)
This stand is very similar to one in Harwood's book that is listed as "possibly Hunzinger". James W. Cooper, from Philadelphia, made stands like this. I have a Cooper ad that shows this stand and it is also in the Cooper catalog (p.11) on John Werry's amazing Rare Victorian furniture catalog section.
