Another awesome platform rocker

I missed the selling price on this one. It is a beautiful platform rocker. I wish they had posted more pictures.

  1. Hello Emeriol,
I found the Hunzinger web site and I would like to e-mail someone that is very familiar with Hunzinger furniture. I cannot navigate this web site. I can't find a "contact us" link and I don't know about blogging.I have photos to post also. Could you please help me locate an e-mail address (or help me blog) to discuss a (rare) Hunzinger piano chair that I have. Thank you.
    Sincerely,
    Susan

  3. Hello,
I am posting the following photos of what I think is a very rare Victorian Oak Hunzinger Piano Chair, Circa 1888. I would appreciate your thoughts on this piece. I am considering bringing it to the Pier Show in NYC this month. I don't know what the fair market value is for this Hunzinger piece. It is beautiful choice oak and retains an excellent original finish with a great patina. The upholstery is original. It is hunter green background color with bright vibrant floral needlepoint. Gimp and tacks all original. The seat spins to raise and lower the seat. It also retains the original brass tag and brass castors. Looking forward to hearing from you. I think a collector would really appreciate this chair. What do you think this Hunzinger is worth to a collector? Thank you. I am including 7 images of the Hunzinger Piano Chair.
    Sincerely,
    Susan
